During this phase, you will evaluate options and get ideas, discuss order process, and review scheduling. You are encouraged to bring photos and plans of the job site, this will help our experts get a better understanding of the project. Share your favorite Houzz or Pinterest boards to ensure that the selection suits the style you are looking for.
Project Consultation | Development
Our Project Managers and Designers will discuss all the details with you on how to achieve your dream remodel. Any aspect of the remodel can be evaluated during a few appointments within our beautifully designed showrooms or at your home. Our turnkey project design retainer is $1,500, which includes a measurement, a 3D CAD rendering, plans and elevations, 5 design hours, and a detailed estimate of the project cost.
Final Steps | Implementation
Once the materials have been selected, and the design has been approved, our specialists will create a comprehensive proposal with all of your requirements and choices. Our team will work you, your contractor, or designer along the way to ensure an exciting and fun remodeling experience.
