Inclement Weather Policy

No refunds will be given due to inclement weather.
The safety of our athletes and volunteers is our primary concern. In the event of inclement weather, the race will continue under the following circumstances:
Rain - the event will NOT be cancelled due to rain alone.
Lightning - If lightning is seen or thunder is heard, the event will be postponed for a minimum of 20 minutes until no signs of the storm are present. Participants should seek shelter in their vehicles or a nearby building if available. If lightning continues 20 minutes after the scheduled event start, the race will be subject to cancellation.
Tornado Warning - The race will be canceled in the event of a tornado warning.
If the event is canceled, we will post information on how packets may be picked up on this site.

The 6th annual St. Peter Chanel 5K will take place on Saturday, November 23rd at 8am. This chip-timed race begins and ends at Blessed Trinity High School in Roswell, adjacent to St. Peter Chanel Catholic Church.

This 5K attracted more than 500 participants in 2018.  Runners and walkers of every age are encouraged to participate and we will continue to host a kids fun run following the 5K. Please come out and support this non-profit event raising money for a most worthy cause.

Again this year, the St. Peter Chanel 5K is an AJC Peachtree Road Race Qualifying Event. This means that you can use your finishing time to get a better starting coral should you register for the July 4th tradition.
